Taken from their latest newsletter: “Before we tell you some more news about the band, here’s one little anecdote from our shows with Green Day.
“After both bands had played at T-In The Park in Scotland, we were all having a beer backstage in the artists village and enjoying some ‘herbal’ refreshments when Tre walked past and asked for a smoke. We warned him it was a little strong but he insisted it was cool and he wanted to have a puff. So he did. And then he fell over as his legs gave way!!! Whoops!! After that, he had a beer but stayed off the joints for some reason!!”
Hmmm… what jovial boys they are. Still, when you sell as many copies as Green Day lads, maybe I’ll laugh with you and not at you…
Anyway, to the real [spunge] news, ‘Roots’ is the new single released on August 12, and a new tour is currently being scheduled for October.
