Stream the new Simmer LP in full ahead of release

By Ben Tipple

It’s here! Simmer are streaming their debut album, ‘Paper Prisms’ in full ahead of release.

“Within ‘Paper Prisms’, we hoped to illustrate our underlying frustration of living in a small town surrounded by parochial people,” the band tell RockSound, who are hosting the premiere.

“As a band collectively, we’d never actually sat down and discussed how we wanted to go forward in regards to our sound. Previously, we’d play what initially came into practice. However, this time we carefully attempted to formulate our own niche, which we could all – as a band – mutually be proud of.”

Stream the record in full via RockSound.

Simmer head up our Sadtastic all-dayer in London on Saturday, followed by a tour alongside Leatherneck and Water Canvas (who are also playing the show).
