Post-hardcore four-piece Svalbard have unveiled the evocative video for ‘Expect Equal Respect’. Premiered via Noisey, the video mirrors the song’s message of equality. ‘Expect Equal Respect’ was written to challenge the misogynistic image of women in music, and to eradicate the ‘female fronted’ labels that serve to reduce creativity and skill to irrelevant comments surrounding gender.
The track itself is taken from last year’s ‘One Day All This Will End’ LP.
