The Used confirm new album

By Ben Tipple

The Used have announced the follow up to 2012’s ‘Vulnerable’. ‘Imaginary Enemy’ will hit shelves on the 1st April 2014, and is now available to pre-order via the band’s official website.

The band’s sixth full-length is a more reflective affair, looking at how society, art and the world interact.

“We the people, in order to form a more perfect planet, must question the way the world works – and where the world is heading,” says The Used frontman, Bert McCracken, “Some view art as a way of escaping reality; others view art as a mirror reflecting our sometimes sad society; we believe art can be a weapon, used to shape the very world we live in. The Used is proud to present to you, ‘Imaginary Enemy’.”

Alongside the announcement, the band have also unveiled the full tracklisting for the record.
