This is what Punk Rock Holiday looks like this year

By Ben Tipple

Punk Rock Holiday have pretty much finalised their 2016 bill, other than a little “and maybe more” comment on their warm-up show. A warm-up show which, by the way, features Sick Of It All, Lagwagon and Useless ID. That’s quite a “warm-up”.

The five day event, running from Monday 8th August to Friday 12th, is now completely sold out. So for those without tickets, you can stare at this line-up poster longingly, and then see if there’s anything you can do to get your hands on one.

Set in the picturesque Tolmin in Slovenia, the festival welcomes to likes of Descendents, NOFX, Jello Biafra (of the Dead Kennedys) and the Guantanamo School of Medicine, and Millencolin as headliners on one of two stages (the other one is on a beach!).

We could list some other highlights, but the whole thing is pretty much one. Check out the festival’s website for more details.
