Just a couple of pointers as this has happened a lot this week. Please do not email us asking when your CD will be reviewed if you have been waiting less than a month – we are busy people, some of us are even trying to enjoy a holiday, and we do try and get everything done as soon as we can. Emailing three days after you’ve sent a CD asking for it to be ‘put to the top of the pile because we need a press quote’ is bad time management! Also, if you do send a CD for review, please ensure the right postage is on the envelope – we will not pick up parcels that we have to pay to collect, so you’re only wasting your own time. Thanks!
