Tom DeLonge (of blink-182 and Angels and Airwaves fame) is taking a leaf out of his personal life, and releasing a children’s book entitled ‘The Lonely Astronaut on Christmas Eve’.
Illustrated by Mike Henry, the pre-sale begins on the 25th November for the special christmas package. This includes the book, a certificate of authenticity signed by DeLonge, a digital version of the book, an etched ornament and a limited edition t-shirt. The package will be limited to the first 1000 customers.
The book will also be available via a Charity Auction, where fans can bid for a package containing 22 pages of signed original art from the book, a signed guitar and a meet and greet in San Diego (travel and hotel are not included). The auction opens on the 25th November and closes on the 13th December via the CharityBuzz website.
