Alex Green, formerly of Attention Thieves and The Arusha Accord, has unveiled the new video for ‘Travelled Far’. The clip was recorded during his 24 hour standing challenge, undertaken to raise awareness of addition. Green stood in the same spot in Piccadilly Circus in support of Rehub, a new addiction website and app to help those suffering and recovering from addiction.
“The first half an hour into it, I thought what have I got myself into,” Green says towards the end of the video. All proceeds from the single, available here, go to Addaction, a UK based drug and alcohol treatment charity. With the challenge and video, Green hopes to show how people can become weak while the world continues as normal around them.
