We Are The Ocean have unveiled their latest single, due on the 25th May 2015. ‘Holy Fire’ is taken from their forthcoming ‘Ark’ LP, showcasing a reasonably new direction for the band.
“‘Holy Fire’ came about towards the end of our two months in the studio, recording the album last summer,” the band explain. “Inspired by the film ‘Into The Wild’ we felt like we were about to embark on our own exciting journey. I love the way the strings weave around the lyrics. They make the song really epic.”
We Are The Ocean will be playing a few intimate live dates shortly after the release of ‘Ark’, scheduled for the 11th May.
