With Confidence and Milestones robbed in Nottingham

By Glen Bushell

After their show in Nottingham on Saturday, With Confidence and Milestones had several items of equipment stolen from them.

Milestones released the following statement, and have put up some shirts for sale to help the bands recoup costs from the theft.

“Hey guys,

So we have some shitty news. Last night, someone broke into the venue and stole some of our gear. Thankfully, we managed to retrieve some of the stuff stolen but we have still had a Fender Jazz Bass stolen from us along with a Wireless System, Straps and Fender Hard-Case. With Confidence also had a Black American Standard Fender Stratocaster stolen.

This kind of thing is happening all too often in the Alternative scene, and is genuinely heartbreaking to see. We have 4 months of solid touring ahead of us, and whilst this isn’t going to be easy for a band as small as ours, please don’t doubt that we will be playing the rest of these tours.

However, with that said, if you would like to help us in any way, we would be so grateful if you could pick something up from our Merchandise site. We’ve put up a new T-Shirt for you guys in Black, Baby Pink and Blue as well.

If you see anything online or in a shop in Nottingham or the surrounding areas, please contact us on here.

Please share this around and let’s catch this fucker!”
