You can be in Lonely The Brave… sort of

Lonely The Brave are pulling together an alternate fan-version of their live favourite, ‘The Blue, The Green’. The sheet music for the guitar and drum tracks will be available online, alongside new sections including strings, brass and backing vocals.

Interested fans can perform the pieces and submit them, some of which will then be mixed and mastered into a new version of the track.

“Our favourite songs are the ones that you take as your own, the songs that remind you of a place, a time or a moment. Something that is perhaps far removed from what the artist was originally writing about,” the band state. “This is your chance to make ‘The Blue, The Green’ truly yours, forever. We are so excited to hear your versions of a song that means so much to us.”

To take part, head to the Lonely The Brave website and follow the instructions. There are 11 parts to play in total, with submissions being received by the 3rd October at midnight. The final track will the streamed from the 10th November.
