First play of the new Calls Landing album

By Ben Tipple

Dominated by overtly personal themes, Calls Landing are currently preparing for the release of their debut full-lenght, ‘Heirlooms’. Having showcased their introspective side on recent track, ‘Tightrope – discussing anxiety – ‘Heirlooms’ continues to surround themes of mistrust and personal relationships, all underpinned by their emo infused pop-punk. A sound that has previously drawn comparison to the likes of Brand New, The Wonder Years, The Story So Far and Motion City Soundtrack.

Having tracked the album with Bob Cooper, whose previous work includes Nai Harvest, Citizen and Allusondrugs, ‘Heirlooms’ has a distinctly heavier feel yet retains the insatiable pop-rock melodies.

‘Heirlooms’ will be self-released on the 11th May and can be pre-ordered both digitally and physically now.
