First play of the new Headroom track and EP details

By Ben Tipple

Featuring members of Manchester based hardcore outfit Survival and indie-punk duo Nai Harvest, Headroom deliver the exact sound you might expect – a grunge laden combination of hardcore screams and lo-fi indie, ultimately dancing between a downtrodden vocal style and a lazy beach vibe. It’s summery and melancholic all at once, almost like an adolescent teen in the Hamptons.

Intrigued? We are exclusively streaming the first track to be taken from the forthcoming ‘Carry Me Away’ EP, soon to be available via Dog Knights Productions.

‘Carry Me Away’ follows last year’s self-titled demo which saw the band play alongside Title Fight, Turnover, Backtrack and Cold World. As Headroom prepare for their tour with Citizen and Diamond Youth, we are exclusively streaming ‘Please’ via SoundCloud, alongside the new artwork for the record.
