On ‘Beyond The Beacons’ Sheffield based Inherit The Stars bring together the more traditional combinations of metalcore and electronics, yet create a more distinctive sound through their focus on melody – a focus that has seen them create five immediately enthralling tracks. Tracks such as ‘Flaws’ strip the heavier moments back, favouring more expansive vocal soundscapes, while ‘Exit Plan’ opens with unexpectedly explosive metal.
‘Beyond The Beacons’ is set for release on the 8th December 2014, produced by Jim Pinder whose previous works includes Inherit The Stars’ influencers Fightstar and While She Sleeps. It follows their debut album, ‘Were Made to Walk the Skies’.
