“’Peace Of Mind’ is a chance for us to show people we are a serious band with a genuine message,” says Nathan Detroit vocalist Jamie Reeve about their forthcoming new EP – their third release in two years.
Described by the band as a more cohesive record than their previously releases, the four tracks on offer discuss the difficult times faced by many of the band members, and their drive to get through it.
The result is an immediately catchy pop-punk record, with a more serious twist. Fundamentally, ‘Peace of Mind’ retains all the traditional characteristics of the genre. These are four unashamedly pop-punk tracks from an increasingly exciting band.
‘Peace of Mind’ will be released on the 11th August via Saint November Records. For more on Nathan Detroit head to their BandCamp and Facebook pages.
Nathan Detroit are hitting the road with Boston Manor and Max William later this month.
