Chesterfield upstarts Our Saving Day have already enjoyed headline shows at The Leadmill and the O2 Academy in nearby Sheffield, as well as joining Deaf Havana at 2014’s SoccerSix competition. Aiming to push forward in 2015, the young five-piece are releasing new single ‘The Ageing Process’ – complete with accompanying video. The track discusses growing up too fast, and the loss of innocence and childhood.
“We’ve spent the last couple months locked away working on this new single,” frontman Josh Feeley explains. “We did it with Chris Ogden of Story and he did a phenomenal job and we’re just so happy to finally release it.”
With an EP tentatively set for the end of the year, Our Saving Day are preparing to write, record and tour new material over the coming months – including a tour with Story in August.
