Going to prove you don’t need a label to get your music out there any more, And Now We’re Even have used the power of the internet to release this album, ‘Summer With You’. And while the band’s unique mix of ska, punk and rock is not something I’d usually go for, I have to be honest and say this is a lot of fun and a record I am sure would sound great with the sun shining. Another band who failed to include a tracklisting with the CD, the band race through a number of songs and play with a smile on their face. The major theme is mixing ska and punk with plenty of melody, like a less Celtic Flogging Molly in terms of energy. And for the most part the band play it very well – leaving all and sundry with a big grin.
