I’ll be short and sweet with this one – I Killed Pharoah are clearly a very talented bunch, a rock band that seemingly take influence from Muse, Foo Fighters and AFI, who do what they do very well indeed. But it’s just not something I’d listen to on my day off. The bass parts excel throughout, especially on ‘Entitled’, but the Matt Bellamy-esque vocals are a little too much for me. I expect this lot have a bright future ahead of them, especially if this record lands in the right hands at record label level…
