I’ll be honest, I found this EP pretty poor. Punk rock in the form of a slower Bad Religion or Pennywise, there’s just a lack of enthusiasm and bite here compared to their peers. It means the band just seem like they’re going through the motions and without catchy choruses, if you haven’t got the passion to wake me up then it’s unlikely I’m going to stir from my slumbers. The riffs on tracks like ‘Paradise’ have been heard many times before and the lyrics just don’t stick out, for me at least. the band are on Warped this summer so they’re doing something right, but for me it just sounds like a lot of other pretty average bands around right now.
